Ownership-based voting and a clear record of decisions.
A protected LLC structure for the property.
A clear path for exits and ownership changes.
Bills and shared money are managed outside the app.
No shared property account for dues, reserves, and assessments.
Vague agreements lead to conflicting interpretations when things go wrong.
No clear path if someone wants out or can’t pay.
Bigger decisions lack a clear, ownership-based process.
Joynt makes forming an LLC easy. We guide your group through the filings and setup, or you can bring your existing LLC.
What’s an LLC for?
Without an LLC, the property and the risk sit on individual names. An LLC is the legal home for your shared property. It helps protect each owner personally, and keeps ownership clearly recorded.

Joynt’s Operating Agreement is built specifically for people who share property together: split financials property usage, decisions, house rules, and plans in place for when life changes.
What makes Joynt different?
Your Operating Agreement doesn’t get filed away after you sign it. It stays connected to how you manage the property, helping your group handle money, decisions, and property use the way everyone agreed to.

Shared financial account and business card, automatic dues, bill payment, expense tracking, assessments, reserve fund, statements, and reporting, so nobody has to be the awkward reminder.

Every owner gets a voice, weighted by ownership. Joynt records each decision clearly so your group stays aligned before disagreements become problems.

Life changes. Joynt helps your group handle sales, transfers, and ownership changes with a defined process, so exits do not turn into messy surprises. Sale assistance and phone support are there when you need them.

If you list the home on Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, connect those platforms so guest bookings flow into Joynt. Your co-owner calendar stays clear, rental activity sits alongside the rest of the property, and income is split by ownership share.

When the agreement looks right, everyone signs in DocuSign and completes identity verification. Each co-owner can sign when they're ready — no need to do it all at once.
After signing, your group moves into the Pro workspace to run the property together — shared money, the calendar, decisions, and the records everyone can find.
