The path to Pro

  1. Start the upgrade to Pro

When you're ready sign up or upgrade to Pro. You'll enter the Pro upgrade flow with a clear checklist of steps — nothing is filed or signed yet.

  2. Add Property

Invite co-buyers and set each person's ownership share so your group is clear before legal setup. Not everyone needs an account on day one — people can join as you go.

  3. Build and finalize your group

Invite co-buyers and set each person's ownership share so your group is clear before legal setup. Not everyone needs an account on day one — people can join as you go.

  4. Create an LLC or Bring your own

Choose whether Joynt forms a new LLC for the property, or you bring one you already have. We'll guide you based on where your group is in the process.

  5. Send and Review your Operating Agreement

Joynt prepares a co-ownership Operating Agreement customized for your group. You'll review contributions, use of the home, money, decisions, and exits before anyone signs.

  6. Sign and verify

When the agreement looks right, everyone signs in DocuSign and completes identity verification. Each co-owner can sign when they're ready — no need to do it all at once.

  7. Own and run the property together

After signing, your group moves into the Pro workspace to run the property together — shared money, the calendar, decisions, and the records everyone can find.
