You can also note how many people, and pets, will be staying, so expectations stay aligned and shared spaces are respected. And if you’re open to sharing or swapping time with another co-owner, you can make that clear as well.

If sharing isn’t an option, request a trade in Joynt by offering a booking or days from your available balance. Trades are reviewed by the co-owner who made the original booking, and a quick note can make all the difference.

For groups that care about getting popular dates, Joynt offers an optional booking draft. It’s a simple, fair way to give everyone an equal chance at high-demand times and level usage from the start.

When the draft is used, bookings are distributed in a way that balances priority and equal access. Everyone gets a shot at prime dates, conflicts are reduced, and planning together feels straightforward and fair.

If dates aren’t a big concern for everyone, you can skip the draft entirely and book as usual. There’s no pressure to use it.
