Platform Fees

  • Joynt Pro Subscription — $49/month*

Financial Account Fees

  • Add funds via standard domestic ACH transfer — Free
  • Send funds via standard domestic ACH transfer — Free
  • Returned bank transfer (insufficient funds, closed account, etc.) — $4 per returned transfer
  • Incoming wire transfer — $2
  • Outgoing wire transfer — $10

Card Fees

  • Virtual cards — Free
  • First physical card — Free
  • Additional physical card or replacement cards — $3.50 per card plus shipping
  • Card dispute - $15.00 per dispute
  • International card transaction - 1.0% + $0.30 per transaction
  • Currency conversion - 1.0% of transaction amount

Joynt partners with Stripe Payments Company for money transmission services and account services with funds held at Fifth Third Bank N.A., member FDIC. Joynt Visa® Commercial cards are powered by Stripe and issued by Celtic Bank.

Additional disclosures applicable to financial accounts and cards are contained in the Stripe Agreements and Cardholder Agreements.

*“Share” refers to a single ownership share in a LLC, known as an "Interest". An Interest may be owned by one or more individuals such as a partner or spouse, a Trust or another LLC.
