How much time do I get to use the property?

Your time at the home follows your ownership share. If everyone splits the year evenly, a 25% share is about 90 days, a 50% share about 180. A few days each year are set aside for maintenance, so the table uses 360 days, not 365.

Here's how the time would break down over a year:

My share My days per year
50% 180 days
40% 144 days
30% 108 days
25% 90 days
20% 72 days
15% 54 days
10% 36 days
5% 18 days

Your group can always book, trade, and share days differently. This is just the even split.
