How much does Joynt cost?
Joynt is free to use: create a group, plan with friends, and stay in sync on the calendar, budget, and house details. Joynt Pro is how you formalize the co-ownership and run the property together for $49 per share per month.
As a Pro member Joynt helps you form an LLC, puts an Operating Agreement in place, and adds a shared financial account, cash reserves, assessments, and group voting so decisions and money have a clear home. It’s $49 per share per month. If Joynt sets up a new LLC for your group, that’s a one-time setup fee of $248 plus state fees.
