How many people can I own with?

You can co-own with as few as two people, and up to 20. The sweet spot is usually 2 to 6 shares. A share is one ownership slice — a couple or partners can sit on the same share.

That size stays easy to coordinate, while still splitting costs and use of the home in a way that feels worthwhile. Going bigger doesn’t change how Joynt works. You get the same capabilities for the group, up to 20 people.
