Create a Joynt, invite the people you might own with, and use the planning tools:

We give you a shared space to discuss options and make confident decisions together. Once you’ve agreed on a property, you’ll work with an agent to buy and title it into an LLC. Don’t worry—Joynt can help with the LLC setup and guide you through the process.
