No. Joynt does not sell homes. We do help you compare properties and estimate costs by allowing you to add addresses or links to listings on Zillow or Redfin.
When you're ready to move forward, you'll need to work with a local real estate agent to purchase the home and a lender of your choice to secure financing. Once you’ve found the right home and formed your group, Joynt helps you structure the co-ownership, set up an LLC, and manage everything from scheduling to expenses.
